4-Year Tentative Graduation Plan

This plan is a state requirement and all current 8th-grade students need to complete a 4-Year high school graduation plan before they start high school. Parents can schedule a meeting to complete this plan over Zoom or in-person. Additionally, parents might choose to complete the plan online on our website. We will enter your 4-Year Tentative Graduation Plan on Skyward. After school starts, you might make changes under the graduation plan icon.  We will send this form to sign digitally to the parent's email address in a few days after you complete it.
